Summary

The iwlwifi and rtw88 drivers and firmwares are only installed
on i386, amd64, and aarch64. Do not install the man pages on
other architectures. Add conditional entries to ObsoleteFiles.inc.

Hmm, I wonder why we then haven't removed all the `.if` in that Makefile? Given the referenced commit I am happy to just abandon this. Think that's the better?
