Added interrupt-driver I2S driver for Raspberry Pi 4 and prior

Test Plan

Requires hardware: Raspberry Pi 1/2/3/4/Zero/Zero-W and I2S DAC (tested with PCM5102a).
Apply overlays (loader.conf and config.txt both tested working) and test playback for a .wav file in sox.
