Summary

D37637 adds support for "allow.nfsd" that permits
mountd/nfsd to be run within a vnet jail.

This patch updates the man page to include info
on allow.nfsd.

Update the section for "allow.nfsd" to indicate that
options NFSD must also be used, along with VNET_NFSD
and VIMAGE.

It turns out that nfsd.ko will not load when built with
VNET_NFSD, do to the vnet being out of space.
