Summary

Many thanks to Julien Grall who did the initial work in 2014-2015. Now
we can have FreeBSD on Xen on ARM64 machines. Want accelerated graphics
on a Raspberry PI?

I'm under the impression this goes in last? I'm wondering if D30950 is allowed in once builds are reliable, but the result isn't reliable at booting.

Marking this as needs review since the last required commit is now present in Phabricator. More could end up being requirements list, but right now get everything into a tree and it should function.
