I've done this cleanup in CheriBSD on the path to some local cleanups.

• Whitespace fix.

I really like this. It's cleaner and eliminates a tree walk.

Please only do this for GCC if only GCC is broken.

• Update manpage

MK_WERROR.clang=no is a bit weird, but it's not going to fit easily no matter what so using an odd spelling is probably for the best.

Without a compat syscall it seems fine to leave this as is.

I'd be tempted to pass timex_copyin and timex_copyout function pointers to kern_ntp_adjtime rather than having duplicate code in sys_ and freebsd32_. That would also simplify a future compat syscall implementation.
