Summary

Mention that ULE is the default scheduler when multiple ones are
compiled in.

While here, mention the tunable 'kern.sched.name' to override the
default scheduler.

While here, regroup SCHED_ULE and SCHED_4BSD, as they control if the
respective scheduler instances are compiled in, putting SCHED_STATS
aside.

I'm not sure why Phab sometimes misses hashes either, but you can prepend rG: to convince it if needed: rG:75a66a92c92f

195–198	Mmm... I probably understand what you are after. That said, your proposed second sentence feels bogus to me, and in the first one the mandatory part (at least one scheduler) has been pushed farther although it was intended to be first. Giving it another shot... How is it now?
