The latest snapshot.

Most important, multi-iommu configuration fixed to correctly assign iommu unit to devices.

I think it's fine to iterate on this in the tree since it is not active by default (with static int amdiommu_enable = 0;). There are a handful of XXXs remaining but I think it's reasonable to be able to cast a wider net for testing.
