The current edition of the Intel Software Developer's Manual lists
MSR_LER_FROM_LIP and MSR_LER_TO_LIP at either 0x1db and 0x1dc or 0x1dd
and 0x1de, depending on the exact processor model. We have four other
MSRs listed at those addresses which I can't find in the SDM. Nothing
in our tree references those MSRs, so drop them.
