Test Plan

Apply D55449 patch, then:

# kyua test -k /usr/tests/Kyuafile sys/netinet6/ndp:ndp_routeinfo_option
sys/netinet6/ndp:ndp_routeinfo_option  ->  passed  [4.675s]
