www/apache24: Allow for overriding USERS and GROUPS via make.conf

It is a welcome addition for those building their own apache24 package
with custom UID/GID.

While here, use WWWOWN/WWWGRP instead of hardcoded www/www.

Also, please make sure to receive an approval from the maintainer before committing. Let me know when you get an approval from apache@freebsd.org.

kiwi added a comment to D48147: [PATCH] security/sudo: Add sssd flavor.

I fail to see why the SSSD2 option is not removed completely. Flavors are dependable options. A flavor can be thought of as an option that other ports may depend on, because it produces a separate package.

With ports current state it is possible to get sudo-default with SSSD2 turned on and sudo-sssd with SSSD2 turned off.

Rebasing doesn't necessarily imply that you have to resubmit the patch. It's just a warning so that you don't make a mistake while committing depending on your workflow. Somehow I have a big list of tasks for a new comer when I mentor someone and I always do something to create a conflict so that they know how to fix it. I indeed missed the part of Approved by: as I normally don't bother about it too much; but yes make sure with others as it might make some people upset.
