For all functions which have existing documentation. This makes it more
(but not perfectly) obvious at a glance which functions are documented.
The idea is to improve the discoverability of these pages. This is of
course a benefit to readers, but it also helps authors and reviewers
recognize when a change breaks the documented interface.
The competing comment styles are unchanged.
