Update to 3.11.0 final, fix FindBLAS and FindOpenMP; 0 new fallout
failures on a local 11.1 build.

You wouldn't get fallout messages: this is pre-emptive before we reach the point of an exp-run with CMake. I don't think you would get a fallout message from an exp-run, either. I'll try to keep PORTREVISION bumps down in future.

LGTM. You might note in the commit message "These are the applications that make up the KDE Accessibility (KF5) metaport, but the metaport is not being added at this time."

Can this be committed without the changes to filelight (kf5) and kdelibs (kde4)? Wouldn't kdelibs4 fall outside of the KDE Applications group, and so still need the docs listed?

While I prefer explicit pkg-plists, this is (only) about the HTML documentation, and it saves considerable time in updating ports (releases are every three months).

The missing category Makefile is an arc blip -- I do have it updated locally. After building in poudriere (x11/telepathy-kde4 and the plasma applet) at the very least the KCM is runnable.

It definitely is the CMake update, but it seems so random to need an extra include with a different CMake version. While this patch makes drawpile build, it deserves some extra investigation to find out why it is falling over.

The same fix applies to kicad-devel; I'd just like an "ack" from the maintainer.
