Hm, this also needs a change to kde.mk to bump KDE_APPLICATIONS_VERSION to 17.12.3... which means first checking that no current ports use that number directly... getting there.

It seems kde-runtime-kde4 was the only consumer of KDE_APPLICATIONS_VERSION not yet setting it to something manually. This has been fixed in ports r465437.

LGTM. You might note in the commit message "These are the applications that make up the KDE Accessibility (KF5) metaport, but the metaport is not being added at this time."
