I didn't add Setting up a Jail Directory Tree from Packages here, because I am still waiting on this to be possible from a system that was installed with distribution sets.

It assumes non-vnet jails, but other than that things should still be the same as they were. But this section predates my involvement, and I've never followed its advice anyway. So maybe it hasn't "worked" for a long time.
