• Switch MASTER_SITES to static tarball from official site
• Clarify WWW; add 2-nd WWW for source code repository
• Add LICENSE_FILE

On libusb undefined symbol error:

ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libhackrf.so.0: Undefined symbol "libusb_get_parent"
