- Use generic MASTER_SITES_GNU for pooled distribution over several mirrors and protocols (FTP, HTTP, HTTPS)

Remove the '--no-headers' flag from the Meson build target scripts.
This flag incorrectly stripped out the internal structure, node maps,
and hyperlinked menus required by the info(1) browser, rendering
the installed documentation files completely unreadable in the TUI.
