NB major change vs otp-25 is removing CHUNKS from the default
ports options, which avoids pulling in DOCS, and the resulting
xmerl breakage during bootstrap.

remove unnecessary compiler knobs on CURRENT

uncomment additional modules, it seems to work fine

remove CHUNKS entirely for the moment to get this to compile
