Summary

This commit forwards mouse wheel events to applications. It propagates the z wheel delta from sysmouse through vt_mouse_event() and emits wheel buttons 64 and 65 specific in legacy xterm mode 1000.

This was tested with applications that accept the legacy mode, including tmux and less.
