I noticed in pr297865 that iflib drivers have extra tunables.
This is not documented in the device driver manpages yet and id like to
do it in a consistent way, however I have no experience with this iface
and don't understand problem scope.

Do all drivers that use iflib have all the tunables mentioned in iflib.4?
What do you guys think about this?

I'm thinking: We put this line in SYNOPSIS and put iflib in SEE ALSO,
and maybe I do all the iflib drivers in one commit?

this is our driver standards doc: share/examples/mdoc/example.4

No comment on the formatting which I am not an expert, but the xref is a valid improvement.
