Reimplement pagezero() as ifunc. As pagezero() is only used in pmap.c,
move ifunc to that file.

10230–10237	These are needed by more than the ifunc so should be left in `machdep.c`
sys/arm64/arm64/support.S
406–408	We can use `xzr` directly rather than setting `x1` to 0.
