rGa482fffc7ebf: linprocfs: Rework according to the new ABI altroot facility
Summary

In https://reviews.freebsd.org/D38933 the ABI prefix path added to the
struct pwd. Use it in the mounts, mountinfo filler functions. And hide
linux_emul_path from exports.
