rG40d0f179a8a9: imx8mp: Add clock tree
Test Plan

On the Olimex IMX8MP SOM/EVK with this change (and some others) this provides
enough clocks for me to be able to run multi user with root on an sd card,
the ffec ethernet interface and gpio with interrupts.
