rS332966: Add deprecation notice for lmc(4)

Summary

We intend to remove support before FreeBSD 12 is branched. These are available only as 32-bit PCI devices and the driver has an ambiguous license. Attempts to contact the driver's author failed.

For reference the original lmc(4) driver was removed in rS123201, and this one was added in rS150849.
