I have committed this patch in two stages, first i386-wine-devel, and just now i386-wine with some adjustments (e.g. around the .include statements).

Okay, "commandeer revision" does quit something more extensive than I thought. Please ignore. For the actual commit, I'll list you as author anyway.

We also need to update ports/emulators/Makefile removing the lines for the removed ports (which I'll do), and some of the lines in the Makefile have trailing space (which I'm taking care of).

This actually large has landed over the last year, and I'll take care of the remaining bits in the coming three weeks.

This says "abandoned" so may not be relevant any longer, but for the benefit of the doubt (and apologies for the late response) I am cool with the emulators/wine* changes should this be the direction we want to go.

I support this patch and while I'm offering a couple of minor suggestions, there's only one "contested" aspect (which looks like it may just be a naming issue (or me missing an aspect)).
