Add 2020q1 quarterly status report. Also fix report.xsl: r53785 meant to stop automatically sorting of reports with 2019q4, but by mistake year 2020 was excluded.

Isn't this your specific domain, Lorenzo (regardless of whether you are a doc committer or no)?
If required, happy to add my Approved: as mentor (even if it's not my tree).
Add the news flash element for the new quarterly status report (I will change the day number consistently with the date of the commit). Please check carefully if I did it right as this is only the second time that I touch this file and the first that I do it for quarterly reports.
I can freely commit to the github repository for FreeBSD quarterly status report https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-quarterly .
However here I am touching the FreeBSD website which is under the doc tree, so, as far as I know, since I am not a doc committer by I am a mentored ports committer I need an approval both from you as my mentor (or from tcberner) and from a doc committer, just like for translations.
I already did correcting and typo passes when commiting/merging these to the freebsd/freebsd-quarterly github repo, so it has my implicit approval. :)
I rendered it successfully by running make in htdocs/news/status.
@debdrup: Thanks for your review and all your work!
I meant, so I could see what it looks like :)
I think it's ok- the whitespacing and indentation aren't consistent but I guess this isn't really an issue for write once material.
Fix an error in the weblate report: my script badly translated the "Languages" header in the docbook format. Is this still approved?
Sorry, I thought you wanted to know if I tested the build. I put a rendered version here: https://people.freebsd.org/~salvadore/report-draft.html . Of course, the final version on the website will have the usual style.
Yup, fine by me.
If you symlink your docs build directory into public_html the styles all work perfectly, just FYI :)
Thanks for the suggestion! I was not building the report on freefall, but I will probably do it next time so I can implement your idea.
