I meant to include an example of multiple -e flags:

ice 1970 % /tmp/zgrep.sh -eppasswd -esnmp /etc/rpc
yppasswdd 100009 yppasswd
snmp 100122 na.snmp snmp-cmc snmp-synoptics snmp-unisys snmp-utk

Is this behavior desirable? It seems very ambiguous to me...
