Fixes: 9313f6b01485 ("acpi: Add a pseudo-bus for APEI devices to manage resources")

Test Plan

env MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=/usr/obj/i386 TARGET=i386 TARGET_ARCH=i386 make buildkernel KERNCONF=GENERIC

It compiles, an i386 vm boots and passes some kyua tests.
