This is needed to simplify the msun manpages {sin,cos,tan}pi.3

I think mdoc.7 needs to be updated too.

I'm ok with this landing in the meantime if it makes life easier.

I didn't do a manpage change last time either ... most of these are not documented. I'll do it on your advice.
