Summary

The mandoc maintainers offer exteneded documentation for most of the
nuanced situations of applying the mdoc language. Since I find myself
sharing it often, add it to the the SEE ALSO section of our manual pages
style guide.

MFC after: 3 days (becoming convinced mfc'ing style is important)

The only issue here is that this is already in the SEE ALSO section of mdoc.7.

I wish we could just upstream the unique things about our style.mdoc into mdoc(7) and then we could only point to that.
