rS286234: Fix a problem which made loader(8) load non-kld files twice.

Summary

This patch fixes a problem that, with the following in loader.conf...

initmd_load="YES"
initmd_type="md_image"
initmd_name="/boot/root.img"

... would make the loader(8) load /boot/root.img file twice.
