General suggestion: please use make fetch and make makesum to generate distinfo file, there is also TIMESTAMP field missing.

There likely are issues building (packages from) print/texlive-base.
Can you pull some strings to pass this change to the project's CI builder?
It was brought up that some files can't be patched because phabricator would handle deletions poorly.
Deleted are:
print/texlive-base/files/patch-texk-dvisvgm-dvisvgm-1.9.2-src-*
print/texlive-base/files/patch-texk-lcdf-typetools-lcdf-typetools-2.104-*

It looks like it just does not cleanly apply -- does it work for you? If so, can you make sure the diff is up to date with your working copy?
Just found this http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive-utah/README.html#freebsd-13-amd64 . If we cannot get this into tree in the near future, should we aim the 2021?
