I confirm that there are no more manual pages in our system which reference dtruss.

No, please go ahead and commit.

@gnn could you change you Herald rules to add yourself as a non-blocking reviewer for DTrace changes? "Blocking reviewer" is a bit extreme IMO and we don't have much precedent for it.
