Summary

This is needed for PCIe pass-through to work with Hyper-V UEFI
VM (i.e. Hyper-V Generation 2 VM), because of the _CRS of ACPI0004.

With the patch, in 'devinfo -r', we'll see a new device acpi_syscontainer0
under acpi0 in Hyper-V UEFI VM running on Windows Server 2016.
