Summary

If the Predictable Latency Mode is not supported, NVMe Controllers must
return Invalid Field in Command status for the Get Features command
with IDs:

  • Predictable Latency Mode Config
  • Predictable Latency Mode Window

Fixes UNH Tests 3.6
