Summary

Update sysutils/uefi-edk2-qemu to the TianoCore EDK2 edk2-stable201911 release.
Update python dependency to no longer use the obsolete python 2.7, but instead
require python 3.4 or newer.
Remove the openssl patch, since it's no longer needed.

Test Plan

Ran qemu 4.1.1 and verified the latest FreeBSD amd64 snapshot disc booted.

If you will remove the port, why botter to update it and trigger hooks around to rebuild the package?

Focus here, if your intention is to remove the package: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D23476

This is the QEMU port, not Bhyve. I intend to remove the bhyve-devel port, and not this qemu port.

Ops my bad :)
