  • {author} inserts both a developer's name and email address. For consistency, insert a missing email address for someone who is not a developer.
  • No functional change, but be consistent with spacing between list items.

This and the above are to avoid bare URLs when possible, as they don't get linkified by web browsers, and, although some email clients automatically linkify them, recipients should be wary of following those links without checking where they actually go.
