1746	UART only respects these two flags for legacy reasons, and only on ISA devices. It has its own preferred way to get these: hw.uart.console and hw.uart.dbgport. Having both is confusing, and I was hoping to walk away from these one day.

1746	These kenv variables are undocumented outside of the source code, so I guess we should add those to the man page along with `hw.fdt.console` and `hw.fdt.dbgport`. Does this diff need further action?
