The hme (Happy Meal Ethernet) driver was the onboard NIC in most
supported sparc64 platforms. A few PCI NICs do exist, but we have seen
no evidence of use on non-sparc systems.

275 | I've faced this sort of situation in other deprecation scenarios, where we might make this "as the now-removed hme(4)" or such, but I think sk(4) is not interesting and nobody will ever do this work that would have been helped by the removed comment. |
