Looks good to me.

I set LOCAL_XTOOL_DIRS="lib/libnetbsd usr.sbin/makefs usr.bin/mkimg" for CheriBSD to allow building disk images on Linux/macOS, but with this change we could also use LOCAL_BSTOOL_DIRS instead.
