rP459970: Add a missing run-time dependency, x11/xrandr.
Summary

Long ago I noticed that automatic display resolution change when VirtualBox window is resized doesn't work for me.
I still could change the resolution to window's actual size manually, though.

I've finally found the cause - VirtualBox Additions change resolution using xrandr utility, not library. Having it
installed makes the feature working immediately.

Simplified BUILD_DEPENDS on X executable also, while there.
