Summary

Userland-only unit test for the libpmcstat brace-list parser added
in patch 0007. No PMU access, no root needed; runs from `make
check`. Builds the parser TU directly into the test binary because
libpmcstat is INTERNALLIB on FreeBSD and has no installed .so/.a.
