Summary

This version update brings in some minor fixes around building from
source, etc. Most of the changes are not apparent to FreeBSD as they

devel/kyua/Makefile
3	`PORTEPOCH` should never be deleted. Neither should it run in the reverse. It's not that this is not fixable but one of the portmgr's need to run some wonky commands on multiple hosts in the cluster to fix this.
