The empty files are just due to OpenSSL build oddities?

Oh, hmm, I should see about the keccak variants being empty. I actually had a 'elf' file each time because I think this perl script is kind of odd, so I should look at that more closely. I think for now I will just omit the empty files from this series until I can add a custom handler for this perl script.
