Summary

Attention to five of the twenty-one that were listed for releng/13.2 when D39179 began. Condensing to these three:

emulators/linux_base-c7
graphics/drm-kmod
x11/gnome.

Side note: misc/freebsd-doc-all is partially affected by https://bugs.freebsd.org/268829,

Test Plan

Without me testing, I assume that the only risk is:

regression to a size of .iso that will be excessive for a standard DVD.

February 2021 https://bugs.freebsd.org/253483 was for 13 beta 2 (closed, overcome by events).
