Summary

Update WWW and variables

Upstream deprecated WASI_ variables so update to the current names as appropriate. CC cannot be in MAKE_ENV to force devel/llvm14 use.

Test Plan

Results in functional gecko ports, allows LTO to work again. With correspondingly updated wasi- ports of course.

update to wasi-sdk-17

This allows use of any LLVM version 12 or later, based on LLVM_DEFAULT. Only LLVM 15 has been tested in this configuration. "Unexpected opcode" error noted and worked around, so gecko@ ports function as intended.
