Two suggestions...

en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/zfs/chapter.xml
3063 ↗(On Diff #24365)

I would put a   between &os; and 11.0.

3093 ↗(On Diff #24365)

same here, and I'm not sure about a comma after 11.0...

en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/zfs/chapter.xml

This conflicts with the previous sentence that says it can only be adjusted at boot time, combine them:

Starting with &os; 11.0, this tunable can be changed with &man.sysctl.8; while running.
In previous &os; releases, it could only be set at boot from
<filename>/boot/loader.conf</filename>.</para>

Same as above, don't leave contradictory sentence, but combine with new one.

Update this now that all supported versions of FreeBSD can adjust the ARC at runtime
