Why not keep RNDIS instead of NDIS, like the rest of the header file does?

Why not keep RNDIS instead of NDIS, like the rest of the header file does?

Rest of the stuffs prefixed w/ RNDIS/REMOTE_NDIS in net/rndis.h really belong to RNDIS spec :). But packet types are actually defined by NDIS. I actually want to split the NDIS stuffs into net/ndis.h.
