4–5	Are these right? And presumably the previous/next sections will need updating to reference this containers chapter.

Anyone? This is a brand new chapter written by a core team member which has been up for over 3 months. We just need 20 minutes someone who understands how the handbook works...

4–5	If we want this to be chapter 35, the last chapter in part 3, then we need to write it like this. I have no strong feelings on where it should go, and we can always move it. I build this locally with this change, and a the according modification to advanced-neworking/_index.adoc and partv/_index.adoc. However this chapter still doesn't show up in the sidebar. Maybe there's something in the FDP.
