This patch applies corrections for all typos and wrong links in English documentation (books and articles), that I found and listed during the translation of the documentation (read 100% of text).
As applying and checking of the patch for a single book or an article is time consuming process, I joined all corrections into 1 patch.
All corrections are simple and easy checked visually.
Big part of wrong links is connected to extref format (it had anchor name, but did not have page name, pointing in the result to the first page of the book instead of specific book).
