I'll leave this comment only in this review, but it applies to all diffs posted by @vladlenpopolitov_list.ru
I skimmed through most of the diffs posted and as a native language speaker I can say that this is a great work. Despite I have a lot of comments and nitpicks to individual phrases and lines, I think we should first get these changes in as-is. It might take a huge amount of time to polish this into a shiny and ideal state, but the longer these changes sit in the review the more work would have to be done after committing to catch up with newest English changes.
So, in short, LGTM from a native language speaker and it is now up to docs team to decide if to merge this.
